Cold-air treatment and movement for preservation at −20 °C.

The evolution for premium fresh

airMotion is the evolution of the airCub concept adapted to the premium-fresh market: a compact APINA unit that freezes in wells at −20 °C with the optimal organoleptic quality the European fresh-tuna market demands.

Compatible with ammonia (NH₃) installations and specially designed to fit existing vessels as a retrofit, with no major works. A deck unit cools the fish wells using the vessel's NH₃ system.

Why airMotion

Premium-fresh quality

−20 °C at the core with an optimised freezing curve to preserve the texture, colour and flavour of tuna for the European fresh market.

Ammonia (NH₃)

Uses the natural refrigerant par excellence: GWP 0, ODP 0, maximum efficiency and real sustainability.

Fast retrofit

Designed for operating vessels that need to access the premium-fresh market without structural refits.

Compact design

Factory pre-assembled unit to cut on-board installation time and minimise operational downtime.

SCADA + remote management

Remote control, end-to-end satellite management and real-time alerts from shore while the vessel is fishing.

Mixed production

Combines frozen + premium-fresh with the same refrigeration plant, maximising value per trip.
