Cooling from surplus heat

Cooling can be produced using heat that would otherwise be wasted. APINA designs refrigeration plants for the energy sector based on NH₃-water absorption, fed by waste heat from cogeneration, exhaust-gas recovery or low-pressure steam.

We also offer photovoltaic self-consumption projects and solutions for hot climates where air condensation is not viable. Natural refrigerants (NH₃, CO₂) that meet the European decarbonisation targets.
