The industrial design of our refrigeration systems driven by a gas engine represents a high energy saving in those scenarios with high electricity prices and/or low gas costs.
The correct integration between the compressor and the gas engine allows a more efficient management of the refrigeration capacity based on the engine speed regulation.
In some facilities the replacement of the electric motor by a gas engine not only means a reduction in energy consumption but also allows the recovery of the exhaust gases and the water in the engine cooling jacket for driving an absorption machine.
